About the Seminar
Prof. Cruz introduces the concept of aspirational codes of conduct, in which frequent violations are expected and which take the approach of addressing micro-microaggressions (behavior that could eventually rise to the level of inappropriate) immediately, when it is easier and more comfortable to do so.
